We understand that there are times when you may miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another patient from getting much needed treatment. Conversely, the situation may arise where another patient fails to cancel and we are unable to schedule you for a visit, due to a seemingly “full” appointment book.
So please call to clinic to cancel the appointment if you are unable to come to clinic.
If you have made an appointment but are unable to keep it, please contact us at least half hours in advance, so that another needy patient can be accomodated in that time.
If you are coming to our clinic for the first time, you need to book an appointment prior to your arrival.
Call 8806653631 to schedule a well child visit with your doctor. Please arrive at least ten minutes prior to your appointment time.
In case the appointments are full Online, call the clinic on 8806653631. We will do everything to accommodate you and will provide same day appointments for sick visits.
